TUSKbond HITACK - PVC To Wood Adhesive - is EVA based copolymer dispersion specially formulated for bonding soft and semi-rigid PVC substrate to wood, particleboard, MDF and other wood substitutes.
TUSKbond HITACK is high solids, fast setting with good resistance to humidity, widely used in manufacturing speaker columns & in PVC Tape / edge banding applications. The product has excellent results and is economical too in fixing laminates, acrylic sheets to Ply board / MDF / PVC & WPC Board, PVC tiles on floors, etc. It is also used to fix cloth on plastic to make designer lamp shades. HITACK has versatile use in handicraft industries also.
TUSKbond HITACK works well with single side application for most of the applications. Two side application is recommended for highly porous surfaces & instant setting. TUSKbond HITACK has an edge over rubber adhesives in laminate to Ply/MDF pasting applications.
